The Startup experience. People matter. Get a support network in place.

In my last article I wrote about the pains I went through trying to decide what to do, and the relief that came with finally taking the decision to make Company Connecting my priority above all other business and work options. So now all I had to do was figure out how to make Company Connecting a reality. Networking is important. Attending an Investing Women catalyst event led to meeting two other women starting up very different companies. What a difference it has made to share the growing pains and joys of a start up.
