Main Focus of the Business
Just Computing is a specialist Cloud service provider.With twenty years’ experience of providing dedicated customer service, ultra-high system availability and data security, we design, build, deliver and support bespoke, fully managed IT business services. We specialise in Citrix Anytime, Anywhere technology to support our customers to work remotely from anywhere, from any device, and at anytime with an internet service.
Putting the customer at the heart of everything we do, has contributed to an impressive 98% customer retention rate.

What do you do now?
I run the Sales & Marketing departments for the company, with a brief to expand our customer base.

What was your very first job?
If you don’t count a paper-round my first job was on a farm, a pig farm in fact at the weekends and in the school holidays. I enjoyed it but stank to high heaven when I got home – so much so my mother made me take my clothes off outside the house!

How did you get into IT?
I was working for NEC, as an office supervisor at the time of a large in-house IT project. Curiosity got the better of me and I became involved in the project, I’ve been in IT ever since.

Interesting fact about You?
I enjoy cooking experiments and still manage to play football once a week – with an annual tour to Germany – not for the faint hearted!

Favourite Place?
New York – I went there for the first time last October, (and I proposed to my other half at the top of the Empire State building). It is somewhere that has been on my wish list since I was a teenager, (so along time) and it didn’t disappoint. Can’t wait to go back.

Dream Car?
Aston Martin Vanquish Volante - roll on the lotto!

Who would you most like to meet and why?
This is tricky one, as a fan of football I’d like to meet Seb Blatter and tell him to his face what a disgrace he is to football, sport and mankind.

Current Aspirations for the business?
I want to contribute to the ongoing business growth and in particular add a few more of the larger customers. I would really like to see our profile and awareness raised to where it rightly belongs.
