Main Focus of the Business
We are the Global specialists in Vantage POB Consultancy and Training.
What do you do now?
I manage Rennie Communications Limited (RCL), and deliver consultancy and training courses globally. At RCL we provide off the shelf training courses as well as training tailored to our clients needs. Our main speciality is training in Vantage POB at all levels including train the trainer.
What was your very first job?
Delivering Newspapers at the age of 10
How did you get into IT?
In 1982 my Dad was one of the first to own Sinclair ZX Spectrum and this sparked something in me. Eventually I joined a Microsoft specialist company in Liverpool to run their helpdesk and very quickly became a Microsoft Trainer.
Interesting fact about You?
I left school at 15 to pursue a career as a hairdresser, however realised very soon that I should change my career path and joined the GPO. My wages changed from 3.75 a week to 8.25 a week. However I still have a great interest in Hairdressing.
Favourite Place?
Love the beaches of Southern Sweden and Cape Town SA
Dream Car?
Aston Martin or Range Rover Sport
Who would you most like to meet and why?
Richard Branson, Inspirational and doesn’t take himself too seriously.
